At Mavi Shoetique Footwares, we are committed to delivering premium-quality care and repair services in line with the highest industry standards. This document serves as a formal acknowledgment of our service terms, including limitations and liabilities, in compliance with applicable UAE laws.

General Terms and Conditions:

• All services provided are specific to the condition and nature of each item. Minor deviations in outcome, finish, or texture are to be reasonably expected.
• Suede, nubuck, and similar materials are inherently delicate and may react unpredictably to professional cleaning and repair treatments.
• Permanent stains or surface imperfections may not be fully removable without risking damage to the item.

Liability Disclaimer:

• While we exercise the highest level of care, Mavi Shoetique Footwares shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration arising from the natural limitations of the materials or from pre-existing conditions.
• In the rare event that an item is irreparably damaged, lost, or destroyed as a direct result of our service, Mavi Shoetique Footwares will make reasonable efforts to either restore or locate the item.
• If such efforts prove unsuccessful, and as a gesture of goodwill, compensation may be offered up to three (3) times the value of the service rendered. This valuation shall be made at our sole discretion, based on the item’s age, condition, and prevailing market value.
• Compensation will be issued exclusively in the form of a non-refundable store credit, valid for future purchases or services at Mavi Shoetique Footwares.

Collection and Abandonment Clause:

• Clients are required to collect their items within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of service completion. Failure to do so may result in the item being considered abandoned.
• Mavi Shoetique Footwares reserves the right to donate, discard, recycle, or otherwise dispose of uncollected items without further notice or liability.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance:

By signing this document, you confirm your full understanding and unconditional acceptance of the above terms, conditions, and disclaimers. This document serves as a binding agreement enforceable under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
